| My Background: |
- I bought and sold real estate on a personal level, arranging
the purchase of my first home many years ago and selling
it myself 6 years later. After several more purchases and
sales, and with my 3 children becoming adults, I decided
to put my efforts into a real estate career.

- In January 1988, I obtained my real estate licence and
have since enjoyed success in doing what I love - marketing
real estate-working with happy and satisfied customers.

- I listen to Buyers' needs and find their ideal home or
other investment.
|
- My Vendors are happy with the services I render in marketing
their homes or buildings; my Purchasers.have always loved
the homes or other investments I have assisted them in acquiring;
and my business thrives on repeat business and good referrals.

- While my sales and listings have been in a wide region,
most of my business has been in the North York area where
I have sold at least 75 units in one building alone.

- In addition to Residential real estate, my experience
is also in Commercial and Industrial.

- I am proud to be a member of the Century 21 Masters Club.
|
- Where I reside, I have served as Director for many years
on the condominium corporation board and have held the position
of Board Liaison fot the Social and Communications Committees,
arranging large events and editing and producing newsletters
for the building.

- Married, with 3 daughters, I am the proud grandmother
of 3 boys and 1 girl - all great athletes.
